Senior rugby league

Our Senior Program goal is to continue developing young men ready to take the next step in their footballing careers, whilst also catering for those that just want to enjoy the game and be around their mates.

What better way to sum up our club’s Senior Rugby League Program than with our ethos, FAMILY MATTERS! The Family Matters! Belief is that no matter your skill level or aspirations for progression, anything is possible at Waterford RLFC. Our Senior Program has grown over the past 2 years from 1 Open 3 Grade team and an Under 20’s Premiership to in 2017 boasting squads in Open Premier Grade, Open 1, Open 3 and Queensland Masters.

Our Master’s Program (35 years and Over), have shown the clubs dominance by completing a hat-trick of Pan-Pac Tournaments. Our first season in Premier Grade saw the club not only reach the Semi Final stage of competition, but also win Senior Club of the Year and produce the Brisbane Second Division Player of the Year.

It has been the club’s successes at Senior Level that have enabled maturing Rugby League players to progress to the next stage of Rugby League through the development and encouragement of the entire Waterford RLFC Team Staff, Club Administrators and Volunteers.
